My approach. What you can expect.

My approach is relational at its core: the quality of our working relationship is both the foundation for growth, and a key determinant of a positive outcome.

I work integratively, underpinned by this relational stance. In practice, that means we pay attention to what happens between us, linking present experiences to past patterns, and looking for practical ways to support change in your daily life.

Drawing on a range of concepts and practices, I tailor our work to your needs, integrating humanistic, psychodynamic, and existential perspectives within a relational framework. We might explore past experiences and patterns, attend to what happens between us in the moment, and focus on practical steps moving forward.

My aim is that together, informed by this framework and led by you, we’ll collaborate on goals, tasks, and the bond we build together to promote positive change.

On first contact I will send you both a confirmation email and a client contract, any questions around which can be answered during an initial consultation. This 50 minute meeting is an opportunity for us to assess and explore what brings you to therapy and how we might work best together, collaboratively, in supporting you on your therapeutic journey. Further to the first meeting I offer weekly sessions lasting 50 minutes.

  • I offer an initial assessment consultation at £65

  • I offer weekly 50‑minute sessions, the fee per session is £65

  • My sessions are offered online via Zoom; ‘camera on’ is preferred, but we can discuss accessibility your needs on first contact.

  • Regular collaborative reviews of focus and progress.

  • A pace that balances care with challenge.
